Circuit Court Clerks offices process drivers licenses, identification cards, written tests, road tests, and CDL tests. Cash and money order are the only forms of payment accepted. Hours & availability may change. Please call before visiting. Driver License Notes: Testing on Wednesdays only. Written tests: 10:30 a.m. Road tests: 8 a.m. Motorcycle road tests offered the third Wednesday of every month. CDL Notes: Written test given on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
